The NTMAGII CP-CL is dedicated to personalization center. It allows to check LoCo and HiCo encoded cards. Thanks to contact and contactless readers inside this tester, this analyzer becomes the unique tester worldwide allowing the user to check a complete EMV smartcard in only one insertion leading to saving time and money. It can also be upgraded towards a NTMAGII LH by adding another motorized reader.

The NTMAGII LH is an analyzer dedicated either to laboratory or production. It allows to check LoCo and HiCo un-encoded cards and LoCo and HiCo encoded cards. Cards type determination LoCo, Medium or HiCo cards can be done to avoid errors when mag-stripes are colorful.

IST-E – Inlay Sheet Test Tool
The IST-E is heavy-duty device designed for production lines. This stand alone device does not need a companion PC to run and helps to avoid costly mistakes related to mixed up inlay inventories and improper lamination settings. 3X8 format is available, other formats on demand.
T3R-A – 3-Wheel Test Tool
This 3-wheel tester applies the CQM 3-wheel test on the longitudinal axis of the card. The pressure is applied by a weight system and the pressure value can be set to 8, 10 or 12N. The test is run at 0.5Hz and the number of cycles can be preset on a digital counter.
T3R-E – Two axes 3-wheel Test Tool
This 3-wheel tester is the most versatile device. Operations can be performed on the longitudinal axis or the transversal axis of the card. The pressure is applied by a weight system and the pressure value can be set to 8, 10 and 12N and with the optional set of weights 2 x 10N as mentioned in the CQM recommendations. Actual pressure can be detected using a weight detector as an option. The test is run at 0.5Hz or 1Hz. The number of cycles can be preset through the human-machine interface. Contactless card can be checked on the fly for failure in option. T3R interface can be accessed through the communication port (Ethernet) for monitoring, remote control or history log download.
T3R-P6 – 6-cards 3-Wheel Test Tool
This 3-wheel tester is aimed for heavy duty uses. It enables the test of 6 cards (longitudinal axis) in parallel using the same or different pressures. The pressure is applied by a weight system and the pressure value can be set to 8, 10 and 12N and with the optional set of weights 2 x 10N as mentioned in the CQM recommendations.T3R interface can be accessed through the communication port (Ethernet) for monitoring, remote control or history log download.
FTD-A – Dynamic Bending and Torsion Combo Test Tool
The FTD-A performs simultaneously on 8 cards: bending of 2 cards in the longitudinal axis, 2 cards in the transversal axis and torsion of 2 cards. 2 cards are stressed as shortened bending according to ISO24789-2.
FTD-P20 – Dynamic Bending and Torsion Combo Test Tool
The FTD-P20 is a second tester version dedicated to perform both bending and torsion according to ISO10373-1 on 20 cards. 5 cards are stressed as shortened bending according to ISO24789-2.
ATT-A – Card Abrasion – Durability Test Tool
The ATT-A tester is an equipment to test the resistance of the smart card surface elements to abrasion. The card is placed on a bed; the head can receive either 35x35mm sandpaper (CQM test method TM-B04-1) or 13×19 mm soft eraser rub (CQM test method TM-B04-2). Length and position to abrade can be set, head support different weights and speed is adjustable up to 100 mm/s. For sandpaper test, the head is lifted up when it is repositioned to its start position. In the middle of the tester, there is a cutting tool for sandpaper. Applications The ATT-A tester is the perfect equipment to test the resistance of the smart card surface elements to abrasion.
TUS-A – Magnetic Stripe Wear Test Tool
The TUS-A is magnetic stripe wear test tool. This equipment will moved for a pre-defined number of cycles an ISO format card under a dummy head to wear out the magnetic stripe and its coating.
CDT-A – Card Dimension Test Tool
Card dimension test for return cards : This device is quick and accurate method for GO/NO GO while checking the 2D dimension of an ID-1 card. It comes in two versions: – CDT-A1 for returned cards – CDT-A2 for unused cards.
CDT-E – Card Dimension Test Tool
This tool equipped with digital gauge (connected or not to a PC) is a quick and accurate method to measure card body width and height according to CQM test requirements.
CTT-E – Card thickness test
The CTT is a quick and accurate way to measure card body thickness according to CQM test requirements. It comes with digital gauge connected to a PC.
CWT-A – Overall Card Warpage Test Tool
The CWT-A fixture is a gravity-fed ramp with defined gaps for the quick in-production Pass/Fail testing of overall card warpage It comes in two versions: – CWT-A1 with gauge 1.5mm and 1.3mm for un-embossed cards. – CWT-A2 with gauge 2.5mm and 2.3mm for embossed cards.
CWT-EB
This tool is designed to test the overall card warpage of the card after personalization for non-embossed cards (1,5mm) and embossed cards (2,5 mm).
It complies with ISO/IEC 7810 & 7811-1 norms.

CWT-E – Overall Card Warpage Test Tool
This tool is a combo tool which includes the CWT-A1 and CWT-A2. It allows, thanks to a reversible gauge (1.5mm height and 2.5mm height), to control the warpage of either a card without embossing characters or a card with embossed characters.
ABT-A – Card Adhesion and Blocking Fixture Test Tool
The ABT-A fixture is designed to hold a stack of cards under a calibrated weight (1.69kg) within a test oven to measure their resistance to adhesion and blocking.
BST-A – Card Bending Stiffness Test Tool
The BST-A fixture is designed to hold a test card in a cantilevered position. Card placement is a snap with a large tensioning knob.
BWT-A – Bending Stiffness and Wrapping Test Tool
This tool is a combo tool which includes the BST-A and the WTT-A (¼ radius: 25 and 20mm) and in addition the card can also be tested on the 45° angle corner.
CFT-A – Card Cantilever Fixture Test Tool
The CFT-A fixture holds 3 cards in a cantilevered position during high temperature storage in an oven. Card placement is a snap with a large tensioning knob. It includes sliding steel ruler for measuring deformation.
DFT-A – Card Clamping Fixtures for Durability Test Tool
The DFT-A tool is a set of two fixtures recommended for holding a card body in a stressed position during durability testing within a climate chamber.
ECT-A – Embossed Card Character Test Tool
The ECT-A tool designed to measure the ability of embossed character to resist pressure. To do this, the embossed character of card is secured under tester head.
PSPT-A – Preparation tools for Peel strength test
Tools very useful with PST-E Peel Strength Test.
PSPT-Ax pre-cuts the card with a cutter for preparing test sections as described in ISO 10373-1 and MasterCard CQM.

IMT-A – Card Impact Test Tool
The IMT-A test tool has been designed according to industry specification for card body impact testing.
PST-E – Card Peel Strength Test Tool
The PST test tool is designed according to industry specification for card peel testing. The digital strain gauge installed can be connected to a PC with Go/No-Go assistant Mulann utility for data recording via RS-232 cable supplied with the device. This tester needs to work with the PSPT-A tools. PSPT-A has two versions for one cut or four cuts.
