ATT-A – Card Abrasion – Durability Test Tool
The ATT-A tester is an equipment to test the resistance of the smart card surface elements to abrasion. The card is placed on a bed; the head can receive either 35x35mm sandpaper (CQM test method TM-B04-1) or 13×19 mm soft eraser rub (CQM test method TM-B04-2). Length and position to abrade can be set, head support different weights and speed is adjustable up to 100 mm/s. For sandpaper test, the head is lifted up when it is repositioned to its start position. In the middle of the tester, there is a cutting tool for sandpaper. Applications The ATT-A tester is the perfect equipment to test the resistance of the smart card surface elements to abrasion.

T3R-A – 3-Wheel Test Tool
This 3-wheel tester applies the CQM 3-wheel test on the longitudinal axis of the card. The pressure is applied by a weight system and the pressure value can be set to 8, 10 or 12N. The test is run at 0.5Hz and the number of cycles can be preset on a digital counter.


T3R-E – Two axes 3-wheel Test Tool
This 3-wheel tester is the most versatile device. Operations can be performed on the longitudinal axis or the transversal axis of the card. The pressure is applied by a weight system and the pressure value can be set to 8, 10 and 12N and with the optional set of weights 2 x 10N as mentioned in the CQM recommendations. Actual pressure can be detected using a weight detector as an option. The test is run at 0.5Hz or 1Hz. The number of cycles can be preset through the human-machine interface. Contactless card can be checked on the fly for failure in option. T3R interface can be accessed through the communication port (Ethernet) for monitoring, remote control or history log download.
